CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without notice (no-call/no-show) will result in a 20% fee of the scheduled services and the loss of your deposit.
